1 red pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 cup corn kernel
1 cup baby lima beans
1 small tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

  • Saute pepper and garlic in butter.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 7-10 minutes.
