Copycat Cracker Barrel Hash Browns Casserole image

I received this recipe from a dear friend of mine, loved it, tasted just like Cracker Barrels...

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c butter melted
1- 10 1/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 pt ( 16 ounces) sour cream
1/2 c onion peeled and chopped...i use a cup as we love onions
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 11x14 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2. Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared dish and bake 45 min or until nicely browned...yum!
  • 3. Enjoy!
