COOL CUCUMBER SANDWICHES
Well, who would have thought dill pickles with grapes would make such a great sandwich. We tried this with tuna and loved the combination of flavors and textures. We bet chicken would be tasty too. This is a great summertime sandwich. If you want it extra creamy, just add a little extra Miracle Whip.

- 1. Combine all the above ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2. Mix well.
- 3. Toast croissant bread.
- 4. Place lettuce on croissant and spread with cucumber salad. Serve.
