This just looks good & sinful at the same time. My sister loves chocolate, but she never had the chance to try it, because our brother eat the whole thing while looking for something else to eat...

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350F.
- 2. Stir cookie mix, oil & egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms. Press dough into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan & make narrow rim around the edge of pan. Sprinkle choice of toppings on dough & then sprinkle coconut over toppings.
- 3. Bake for 10 mins & remove then sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until mallows are lightly browned & cookie is set at edge.
- 4. Cool completely in pan for about 1 hour, then drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top & then cut into 12 wedges.
