This soup is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the pasta and beans in this soup, and they don't even notice the vegetables. This is a great way to sneak some extra vegetables into their diet.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. I had some leftover roasted chicken from Thanksgiving, so I added it to the soup. It was a great way to use up the leftovers and it made the soup even more flavorful.
