I'm allergic to peanuts. Can I use another type of nut in this recipe?

The cookies didn't spread out as much as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I had trouble finding some of the ingredients, but I was able to substitute them with no problem. The cookies still turned out great.

I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I really enjoyed these cookies. The coconut flavor is subtle and the cookies are still very flavorful.

I've tried many Congo cookie recipes, but this one is by far the best. The cookies are perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
