Time 20m

Yield 2 wraps

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 ounce ham (about 2 or 3 slices of deli-cut ham)
1 ounce turkey (about 2 or 3 slices of deli-cut turkey)
1 ounce swiss cheese (about 2 slices of deli-cut cheese)
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
4 leaves romaine lettuce, finely shredded (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced and chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1 tomatoes, seeds removed, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie thousand island dressing
2 large tortillas

Steps:

  • Tightly roll ham slices and cut into thin strips. Do the same with turkey and Swiss cheese.
  • Toss with vegetables that have been chopped and shredded. Your mix should look like confetti and be almost moist enough to enjoy without dressing.
  • Pack it to go in a plastic bowl. Take tortilla wraps and dressing on the side. Assemble when you're ready to eat. Put a tablespoon of dressing on a large tortilla wrap and mound "confetti" on top. Roll and enjoy.
  • *You can use plain or flavored tortillas for your wraps.*.

These wraps are the worst thing I've ever eaten. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've tried this recipe twice now and both times the wraps have fallen apart. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

These wraps were a total disaster! The tortillas were too thick and the filling was bland. I ended up throwing them away.

I'm not a big fan of wraps, but these were actually pretty good. The confetti tortilla made them fun to eat.

These wraps were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I think I'll try making them again with less chili powder next time.

I had a hard time finding confetti tortillas, so I just used regular tortillas. The wraps still turned out great, but they weren't as festive.

These wraps were a little bland for my taste, but they were still pretty good. I think I'll add some extra seasoning next time.

These wraps are a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. I also like to add some chopped vegetables for extra flavor.
