I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted the pistachios with sunflower seeds. It turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salad didn't turn out as good as the picture. The dressing was too runny and the vegetables were too crunchy.

This salad is a bit too bland for my taste. I would add some more herbs or spices to give it more flavor.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover couscous. I always have some in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in.

I love the freshness of this salad. The lemon-tahini dressing is so light and flavorful, and it really brings out the flavors of the couscous and vegetables.
