Confetti Beef Tacos image

This was attached to the package of ground chuck that I bought to make spaghetti with. You can use chicken, too.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb. ground chuck
2 t. chili powder
11 oz. can corn, drained
1 cup chunky salsa
12 taco shells, warmed
shredded jack cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or unto beef is not pink. Drain off fat. Season with chili powder and 1/2 t. salt.
  • 2. Stir in corn and salsa; heat through. Serve in shells with toppings.
