2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 cup chopped onion
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
3 beef bouillon cubes (3 cubes)
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • Brown meat, pour off fat, add onion-garlic.
  • Cook and stir until tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
