My niece served this at a holiday brunch and my husband and I loved it. I've taken it to potlucks and I always bring back an empty pan.

1 16 oz french bread loaf
1 1/2 c shredded moteray jack cheese
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cut into small chunks

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I would have liked it to have more flavor. I think I would add some diced onions and peppers next time.

This casserole was a bit too dry for my taste. I would have liked it to be more moist. I think I would add some milk or cream next time.
