Comfy Casserole image

This was just a wild mixture of what was in the pantry/ fridge but it turned out so good. Everyone in my house loved it. I just wanted to share.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box macaroni and cheese
2 c broccoli, steamed
1 smoked summer sausage
2/3 c french fried onions
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook separately - Mac and cheese (boxed), Steamed broccoli, summer sausage (sauteed in pan).
  • 2. Combine mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, chopped up summer sausage, and french fried onions in a greased baking dish. Cover top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Let stand for 5 minutes.
