20 ounces green beans
20 ounces wax beans
20 ounces kidney beans
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Drain all beans well.
  • Rinse the kidney beans.
  • Combine vegetable oil, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour dressing mixture over beans in a bowl and toss well.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve.
