1/2 banana
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup apple juice
1 cup grated carrot
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
2/3 cup raw sunflower seeds or 2/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced apple

Steps:

  • Blend the dressing in until it is very very smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the salad ingrediants with the dressing mix.
  • Refridgerate it for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
