Steps:
- 1. Garlic dressing: Add the minced garlic to a small bowl with a pinch of salt and stir. In a small pot heat the oil and pour the hot oil over the garlic and salt mixture. It is easy to dilute; add a little boiling water and mix well.
- 2. Fried onions: Heat a 1/8 cup of oil in a small pan and fry the onions until they are a nice golden brown. Drain them and cool before using.
- 3. Noodles: Cook the pasta according to its packaging instructions. Drain and add a little oil, chili powder and salt and mix well and let cool until ready to serve. When ready to serve add the fried onions, mix well and garnish with chives.
- 4. To serve: Put the noodles in a bowl and place on the table with your assorted condiments and vegetable and meat. (if using) To your portion of noodles add your choice of condiments.
