Coffee Protein Breakfast Drink image

This was adapted from the coffee mate web site. I often fix my crumb cake for the Saturday Crew at hubby's work and they love hot coffee drinks with my crumb cake!

Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 c milk
2 tsp instant coffee powder or espresso powder
1 Tbsp toffee nut coffee creamer
1 Tbsp protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
whipped cream for the topper
1 Tbsp cocoa powder, sweetened or liquid hershey's chocolate topping

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all except the whipped cream in a blender and blend till smooth. You may drink this hot or cold
  • 2. To Heat: Mix milk and protein powder together until well mixed. Microwave on High one minute or till hot. Then stir in creamer and espresso powder and cocoa until mixed. Top with Whipped Cream
  • 3. To make this cold, mix all ingredients except whipped cream in the blender and top with whipped cream. Drink immediately
