I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this recipe. The coffee flavor was subtle and complemented the beef perfectly.

This coffee-glazed brisket was a hit at my last dinner party! The coffee rub gave the meat a deep, rich flavor, and the glaze was the perfect finishing touch. I'll definitely be making this again.
