Steps:
- Put marshmallows in double boiler.
- Add coffee and salt-stirring,heat until smooth.
- Chill until it begins to set.
- Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
- Add vanilla.
- Chill until mixture will mound.
- Serve in sherbert glasses.
