Coconut Glaze image

Use this glaze for our Coconut Angel Food Cake.

Yield Makes about 1 cup

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon canned unsweetened coconut milk, plus more if needed

Steps:

  • Whisk together sugar and coconut milk until smooth. Glaze should be the consistency of glue. If glaze is too thick, add more coconut milk, 1 teaspoon at a time.
