COCONUT DREAM BARS
I came up with this delightful dessert, because I happen to have all these ingredients on hand...really good !

Steps:
- 1. mix together stick of butter ( room temperature)1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2. press this mixture in a 9x9 baking dish..bake 15 mins.
- 3. mix 3 eggs, vanilla, baking powder, 1/2 cup brown sugar, salt, coconut
- 4. pour mixture into the crust and baked another 20 mins at 350 degrees
- 5. let cool, cut into squares...and enjoy... soooo gooey and delicious
