Steps:
- Preheat a 6-qt. slow cooker on Low setting. Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle the dry soup mix over the roast. Arrange the vegetables around roast. In a small bowl, whisk together the soup and can of Coke then pour over the roast and veggies. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. The juices make a yummy gravy for potatoes or rice.
