I'm a purist when it comes to goulash, so I wasn't sure how I would feel about this recipe. But I have to say, I was impressed. The Coca-Cola added a subtle sweetness that really complemented the other flavors.

I made a few healthy swaps to this recipe. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and I added a variety of chopped vegetables. It turned out great, and I felt good about feeding it to my family.

I added a bit of chili powder and cumin to my goulash, and it gave it a nice spicy kick. I also used a dark Coca-Cola, which gave the dish a richer flavor.

I was skeptical about using Coca-Cola in a goulash, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sweetness of the soda balanced out the acidity of the tomatoes, and the result was a delicious and unique dish.
