Steps:
- Put veggies, 1 tea spoon olive oil and a bit salt and a bit pepper into cold water. boil up. Cook on small flame (low heat) until 5 minutes before done (should stay very al dente). Add fish and cook for 5 more minutes. Take away from flame. Add more salt and pepper to match your taste. Add 2 tea spoons of olive oil and parsley.
