Classic Velveeta Mac & Cheese image

My son is a very picky eater, but loves Velveeta cheese. I make this for every holiday so he will at least eat something. When my aunt visited relatives in Florida for Thanksgiving, she called to get this recipe so they could have it for Thanksgiving dinner.

I would not recommend this recipe. There are better mac and cheese recipes out there.

This recipe was a disaster. The cheese sauce was too thick and the macaroni was overcooked.

I followed the recipe exactly and my mac and cheese turned out lumpy. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I would add more spices next time.

I'm not a huge fan of Velveeta, but this recipe was still good. I would make it again with a different type of cheese.
