Classic Pina Colada image

Delightful summer drink! Easy to make, too. You choose - either add the rum or leave it out for friends that don't drink alcohol.

4 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dark rum

Steps:

  • Put all into blender and process until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into glasses.
