I'm not sure what went wrong, but my clams creole was a disaster. The sauce was too salty and the clams were overcooked.

I thought the clams creole was just okay. The sauce was a bit bland and the clams were a bit tough. I wouldn't make this recipe again.

The clams creole was good, but I found the sauce to be a bit too spicy for my taste. Next time, I will use less cayenne pepper.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this recipe was to make. The clams creole was ready in under an hour and it tasted like it had been simmering all day. I will definitely be making this again.
