This sorbet was a bit too tart for my taste. I would recommend adding a little bit of sugar to the mixture before freezing.

This sorbet was delicious, but it was a bit too icy for my taste. I would recommend blending it for a longer period of time to get a smoother texture.

This sorbet was easy to make and turned out great! I used a melon baller to scoop the melon, which made it really easy to get nice, even balls.
