Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
2 c unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp coconut extract
2 c cold sparkling water

Steps:

  • 1. combine juices and extracts in a large pitcher.
  • 2. refrigerate until cold.
  • 3. serve over ice. makes 9 servings.
  • 4. dietary exchanges 1 fruit.
  • 5. nutrients per serving. cal-59. cal.from fat-2%,total fat 1 g. sat. fat 1 g. ,carb.-13g.,protein 1g. chol.-0 mg. sodium-1g. fiber-1g.
