CITRUS-ASIAN SLAW (WEIGHT WATCHERS) image

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 cups shredded carrots
2 cups red cabbage shredded
1 cup radishes shredded
1 cup jicama shredded
1/3 cup scallions chopped
3 tbsp mint, fresh, minced (optional)
2 med jalapeno - seeded and minced
2 tbsp orange marmalade or other sweet/tart (apricot)
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp table sauce
2 tbst sesame seeds toasted

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine all the veggies, mint and jalapenos. In small bowl combine marmalade, soy, vinegar, sesame oil and salt. Drizzle over slaw and toss well to combine. serve sprinkle with sesame seeds.
