Steps:
- Combine Oil and Brown Sugar. Add eggs then Flour and Baking Powder. Roll heaping teaspoon of dough into 4" long "log". Roll in Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture (see below) and press lightly to flatten. 4. Twist twice and place on parchment-covered cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375. Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture: ½ cup White Sugar; 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
