Steps:
- Oven: 350 F. Use 9 in. square cake pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add eggs (beat thoroughly after each addition). Sift the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon together. Fold into cream mixture. Spoon in sour cream and sunflower seeds and gently mix until combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 min. Cool.
