Cinnamon Snaps image

A wonderfully spiced soft cookie from Taste of Home. My family loves them and I make them each year for Christmas. I have slightly changed the original recipe to use butter instead of shortening. I also double the recipe usually and freeze unbaked cookie ball for later use.

These cinnamon snaps are a great way to use up leftover cinnamon. They're also a fun and easy project to do with kids.

I love the flavor of these cinnamon snaps, but I find them to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cinnamon snaps came out flat and hard. They didn't have any of the chewiness that I was expecting.

I'm not usually a fan of cinnamon snaps, but these ones were really good! The flavor was nice and strong, and the snaps were nice and crispy.

These cinnamon snaps are a delightful treat! They have the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the texture is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly.
