I'm not a big fan of cinnamon, so I used nutmeg instead. It turned out really well.

I followed the recipe exactly and the strata turned out dry. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The strata was a little too sweet for my taste, but overall it was a good recipe.

This cinnamon raisin strata was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and turned out perfectly. The bread was soft and fluffy, the raisins added a touch of sweetness, and the cinnamon gave it a warm, inviting flavor.
