1/3 cup oats
1 tablespoon Special K cereal
1 tablespoon Fiber One cereal
1 tablespoon Cheerios toasted oat cereal
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
vanilla (optional)

Steps:

  • mix all ingredients together.
  • heat in microwave for about 2 mins.
  • allow to cool.
