Cinnamon-Clove Baked Apples image

I have lost 80lbs and kept it off, though I still love my foods and eat like the "QUEEN". I never leave the table hungry..When you get the sweet craving, this is just one ticket that will cure that... amazing and your company will love it totaly.

1/8 c brown sugar, light
1/8 c stevia
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 Tbsp chopped almonds ( optional)
4 medium tart apples
3/4 c boiling water
1 pt nonfat vanilla frozen yougart

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix brown sugar and stevia together, add cinnamon, allspice, cloves and chopped almonds. Core apples and fill the cavities with the brown sugar mixture. Place the apples upright in the baking dish and pour the water around them. Bake until tender about 30 min. Transfer the apples to individual serving plates and serve with frozen yogurt.
