4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices bread
4 oz cream cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Dunk 2 slices of bread at a time in the egg mixture.
  • In medium bowl mix cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
  • Stack and drizzle with cream cheese mixture.
  • Enjoy!
