CINNAMON BREAD
This is a soft bread with a cinnamon and sugar mixture marbled inside and on top.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Beat for about 2 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- 2. Sprinkle with half of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour rest of batter on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- 3. Swirl through with knife for marbled effect. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
