1 1/2 c flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 eggs beaten
1 c milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 c melted butter
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

I had trouble getting the pancakes to cook evenly. Some of them were overcooked while others were still raw in the middle.
