CINDY'S SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 14

Dressing:
1/3 c. Olive Oil
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Maple Syrup
1 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 t oregano
s & P to taste
Salad:
lettuces of choice
some fresh spinach
pomegranate seeds
1/4c. toasted pine nuts
1/2c. feta cheese
1 cup fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Whisk salad dressing ingredients. Toss lettuces with some dressing. Divide among salad plates and top with pine nuts, cheese, blueberries, and pomegrante seeds to desired amount. Enjoy! A hit!
