This sauce is a great make-ahead sauce. I always make a double batch and keep it in the fridge. It's perfect for busy weeknights when I don't have time to cook a complicated meal.

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, but I actually really enjoyed this sauce. The miso mellows out the cilantro flavor and makes it more palatable. I'd definitely make this sauce again.

This sauce is a great way to use up leftover cilantro. I always have a bunch of cilantro in my fridge, and this sauce is a great way to use it up before it goes bad.

I was disappointed with this sauce. It was too salty for my taste and the flavor was just okay. I wouldn't recommend it.

This sauce is a bit too spicy for me, but I can see how others might enjoy it. I think it would be great on tacos or burritos.
