Cilantro 7 Layer Taco Dip image

YUM! I did add an extra can of refried beans because I prefer more beans to sour cream. I also used Ro-Tel in place of the tomatoes to spice it up. For the taco seasoning mix I use Recipe #390613 instead of the pre-packaged mix. Recipe courtesy of A Thrifty Mom. Thank you! Thank you! Serving size is estimated.

I was disappointed with this dip. The flavors were bland and it was too runny. I won't be making it again.

This dip was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I'll probably make it again with less jalapeños next time.

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, but I still really enjoyed this dip. The other flavors were so good that the cilantro didn't overpower it.

This dip was a great way to use up some leftover sour cream and salsa. It was also a great way to get my kids to eat their vegetables.
