I added a bit of chili powder to the honey and it gave the dish a nice kick. I also used a variety of nuts, including walnuts and almonds, which added a nice texture.

I wasn't sure about the combination of goat cheese and honey at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors really work well together. I would have liked the pistachios to be a bit more crunchy, but overall I enjoyed this recipe.

I love that this recipe is relatively healthy. The goat cheese is a good source of calcium and the pistachios are packed with antioxidants. It's a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty.
