Chutney Chicken Croissants image

Shred store-bought or leftover baked chicken for this fast, easy delicious sandwich! The complex tastes of the mango chutney are perfect with the chicken, light cream cheese and red onion.

3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons mango chutney
2 croissants, split
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices red onion
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese and chutney over croissant bottoms. Layer with lettuce, onion and chicken. Replace tops.
