Mom used to make these no bake cookies at Christmas time every year. The colorful small marshmellow always brought a colorful place to her cookie trays. Mom made these using either Chocolate chips or Butterscothch chips. They are both sweet and delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of hard candy, but I still really enjoyed these cookies. The cookie dough is soft and chewy and the candy pieces add a nice crunch.

These cookies are a bit crumbly, but they still taste good. I think I'll try chilling the dough before baking them next time.

I had a hard time finding the right kind of hard candy. I ended up using Jolly Ranchers, but I think next time I'll try using Lifesavers.
