This is my version of Marinara sauce.

Steps:
- 1. In a large pot, saute` onion & garlic in about 1/4 c. olive oil till tender.
- 2. Add crushed & diced tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
- 3. Simmer for about 45 min. Re-season if needed.
