Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce image

From Betty Crocker's Slow Cooker Cookbook. Really simple and yummy. *CORRECTION* When I originally posted, I said apple sauce should be used. The correct ingrdient should be apple juice.

This applesauce was delicious! I used a mix of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apples, and the tartness of the Granny Smiths balanced out the sweetness of the Honeycrisps perfectly. The cinnamon and nutmeg added just the right amount of spice.

This chunky cinnamon applesauce was a hit! It had the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the apples were still slightly firm, which gave it a nice texture. I served it with pork chops, and it was the perfect complement to the savory meat.
