A recipe from www.mizfrogspad.com. I sometimes add a tablespoon of fat free plain Greek yogurt to add additional moisture without adding fat. Cooking time is chilling time.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar in the dressing.

I'm not a big fan of walnuts, so I used pecans instead. They worked great in this salad.

This salad is a great make-ahead meal. I made it the night before and it was even better the next day. The flavors had time to meld together and it was so delicious.

This salad was just okay. I found the dressing to be a bit bland, and the chicken was a little dry. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used a different dressing.

I've made this salad twice now and it's a hit with my family both times! It's a great way to use up leftover chicken, and the apples and grapes add a nice sweetness and crunch. I also like that it's a relatively healthy dish.
