Chuletas Al Vino - Pork Chops in Wine Sauce image

Easy stove-top recipe with good flavor. I got this out of one of those little cookbooks at the check-out line ... a major addiction for me. :) We always serve this with Fideos a la Mexicana.(#256104)

This recipe is a fail. The chops were overcooked and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chops turned out tough. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The chops were a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I'll try it again with a different cut of pork.
