This is one of my favorite recipes to make on Christmas morning, it's festive and so very tasty! The recipe is inspired by the classic holiday movie "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

The Christmas Who Hash was a little too salty for my taste, but I think that's because I used a pre-packaged sausage mix.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover Christmas ham. It's also a great make-ahead breakfast or brunch dish.
