Chow Mein Casserole image

My moms recipe handed down.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lb ground beef
1 lb bean sprouts
3 can(s) water chestnuts
2 can(s) mushroom soup
1 c onions, diced
1 c celery, diced

Steps:

  • 1. Fry ground beef and drain.
  • 2. Add everything else.
  • 3. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • 4. Serve over crunchy Chinese noodles or steamed rice.
